Adults (15+) – Open Division Youth (ages 7–14) – Must pass swim test before event and have height checked on spin bike

First heat starts at 8:00 a.m.
(Heat notice will be provided before race day.)

ADULT DIVISION
Swim: 15 minutes
Bike: 15 minutes
Run: 15 minutes (on treadmill)
YOUTH DIVISION
Swim: 5 minutes
Bike: 10 minutes
Run: 5 minutes (on treadmill)

Adults (15+): $45
Youth (ages 7–14): $35
