Celebrate Kirk Family YMCA Ribbon Cutting on October 14

Join us as we celebrate the transformation of the historic Lyric Theatre building into the new Kirk Family YMCA, poised to revitalize the core of downtown with life-strengthening programs.

We will gather on the front steps of the building for a short program and ribbon cutting. Come inside for a tour after the ceremony to see how the Y will provide a welcoming environment to help all ages improve their well-being and reach their fullest potential.

  • If there is inclement weather, the ceremony will be in the gymnasium on the third floor.
  • Parking is available in several nearby garages. Limited street parking may be available.
  • We look forward to gathering in person. To maintain a safe environment, we will follow health orders in place at the time of the event.
