MOBILE FOOD PANTRY SIGN UP

Drive-through food distributions in partnership with Harvesters provide fresh produce and pantry staples to anyone in need. Most participants stay in their vehicles while volunteers load food, but walk-ups are welcome and can check in at the table.

When school is out, many kids lose reliable access to nutritious food. The Y helps close that gap by providing healthy snacks and meals through before- and after-school programs and summer support.

The Urban Farm helps fight food insecurity by growing fresh, organic produce for neighbors in need. Harvested produce is shared through Y pantries and community distribution partners.

Urban Gardens

Support the North Kansas City YMCA Urban Farm, a 0.25-acre growing space with raised beds, orchard trees, and a tunnel greenhouse that provides fresh, organic produce for neighbors in need. Since its first harvest in Fall 2020, the farm has created more ways for volunteers, families, and partners to help nourish the community.
