    Water Fitness Classes

    ABOUT WATER FITNESS CLASSES LOW-IMPACT, HIGH-RESULTS WORKOUTS

    Water fitness classes at the YMCA of Greater Kansas City provide a low-impact workout that uses the natural resistance of water to improve muscle strength and cardiovascular health. Classes are designed for individuals of all ages and fitness levels and adapted to the intensity level that fits your goals. Sessions take place in both shallow and deep water in the comfort of our heated pools and are led by our water fitness instructors. Water fitness classes are included free with your Y membership unless otherwise indicated. No sign-up is required. Classes are first-come, first-served.
