Youth Basketball

Basketball was invented at a YMCA in 1891, and we carry that tradition forward today. Our Youth Basketball program teaches dribbling, passing, shooting, defense, and teamwork in a fun, supportive setting. Kids build confidence, stay active, and practice the Y’s core values.

Bitty Basketball (Ages 3-5)

Bitty Basketball introduces ages 3-5 to the game through simple drills, playful instruction, and short scrimmage-style activities. The emphasis is on fundamentals, listening, sharing, and taking turns. This helps kids build coordination skills and confidence! It’s structured, positive, and designed to make first-time players love basketball!
